Samantha Holzberger

While studying at University for a career in architecture, Sam developed an acute eye for business operations while starting her own small business and working in retail. She was invited to join Stephen Scott in 2016 after demonstrating her innate ability to juggle multiple operational priorities in an increasingly complex phase of business growth.

Sam has since played key roles in starting the Principals’ Roundtable and developing The 15 Disciplines® Program including designing and publishing two books.

Today, Sam oversees all aspects of ETHICLEAD’s program operations including client communication, scheduling, resourcing and event management.
